Meet DK, a 20 year old Chicago native who recently released his mixtape Shy State Of Mind, in which three cuts from the project found their way on to the airwaves of Chicago’s #1 Hip-Hop Station 107.5 WGCI. His tape was also featured over at FakeShoreDrive, the melting pot for Chicago hip-hop. I’ve never heard of this kid a day in my life. And to be honest, I randomly clicked on his email, pressed play on his Youtube video and took a liking to it. Hopefully you will too. “Spaced Out” was produced by Big Jerm of ID Labs. Thoughts?

Karla (HustleGrl) caught some footage last night of A$AP Rocky and his crew bringing out Sherbert during their performance at Toronto’s Opera House. TVO (Toronto’s Very Own) performed “Camera’s” as well as “The Motto” sans Lil Wayne. Sounds like a riot ensued when Drizzy hit the stage.
