The Atlanta man who was the victim of a brutal anti-gay attack caught on tape has spoken out publicly about the incident, telling reporters that he is still shaken by everything, and the “scars run deeper than anyone will know.”

20-year-old Brandon White says he didn’t want to contact police at first, but he changed the mind after he learned that the recorded video footage from the attack — which saw him being beaten and hit over the head with a car tire outside a neighborhood grocery store — had gone viral on the internet after being posted to World Star Hip Hop.

“At first I was embarrassed,” White told reporters in Atlanta on Wednesday (Feb 8). “But if they are willing to put it out there, I’m going to face it.”

He continued, “By them going ahead and putting it on the Internet, I feel that they wanted the attention. They wanted to make themselves look like they were brave or strong, but in my opinion, I’m the brave one.”

In the video, which was reportedly recorded on Saturday (Feb 4) and uploaded to the Internet the following Monday, White and an unidentified friend can be seen walking out of a grocery store.

Within seconds, a man comes out of nowhere and punches White right in the face, knocking him the ground. White is then brutally attacked by three men, who punch him and stomp him while he tries to cover his head.

One of the attackers — who is wearing a t-shirt with the words “Jack Gang” written on the back — even throws a tire at White, striking him in the head.

While the purported gang members are beating the young man, the camera man, laughing, says several times, “No faggots in Jack City!” Another nearby onlooker can be heard saying, “No faggots, man.”

White, who confirmed that he is gay, said that he was still shaken by the violent gang assault, but did not go into further detail regarding what lead up to the attack.

“The scars run deeper than anyone will know,” he said. “The physical pain, I can get over that. My thing is: Who’s to say they won’t come after me again? Who’s to say they won’t kill me?”

As we reported yesterday, the feds have launched an investigation to uncover details regarding the incident.

The men in the video still haven’t been identified, and police are still asking anyone with any information about the incident to call Zone 3 officers at 404-624-0674, or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477.

The R&B/Pop diva — dressed up in a sparkly black dress that accented her flawless post-baby body and a pair of Gucci heels — was all smiles when photogs spotted her out and about in New York City, where her rapper husband Jay-Z performed in concert at the prestigious Carnegie Hall for the second night in a row.

If you look at Beyonce’s left hand (your right) you will see that she’s wearing a blue bracelet and a blue ring on her index finger (by Lorraine Schwartz), and her nails are painted blue, all in honor of her and Jay-Z’s month-old daughter Blue Ivy.

Did Khloe Kardashian recently pose for a photo with her “real father” Alex Roldan?

“First official photo of my sister and her dad! Like father like daughter!” Khloe’s little sister Kylie Jenner tweeted yesterday.

Over the past few months, Khloe’s paternity has been the hot topic of discussion in the media following reports that Kris Jenner had an affair while she was married, and subsequent tabloid reports from Robert Kardashian Sr‘s two ex-wives alleging that Khloe wasn’t really a Kardashian.

The women say that Robert told them personally that he knew that Khloe wasn’t really his child.

“Khloe is not his kid. He told me that after we got married,” ex-wife Jan Ashley, Robert’s first spouse after Kris Jenner, told tabloid Star Magazine.

“He just kind of looked at me and said (it) like it was a matter of fact,” 63-year-old Ashley said. “He said, ‘Well, you know that Khloe’s not really a Kardashian, don’t you?’ And I said …’Okay,’ and that was it.”

Kylie tweeted "It was a joke everyone! Lol!" after tweeting a photo of Khloe Kardashian and her "real dad" Alex Roldan.

In the weeks that followed, while speculation grew and grew, came along a story that Kris Jenner‘s hairdresser Alex Roldan was the man Jenner had an affair with, and he was Khloe’s biological father.

Roldan, a hairdresser in West Hollywood, stands at around 6 feet tall, while Mr. Kardashian is a mere 5-foot-7.

And not only that, but Khloe’s middle name just happens to be “Alexandria,” a play off the male name Alex. (Things that make you go “Hmmmm…..”)

Anyway, Kylie later tweeted that the photo of Khloe and Alex was meant to be a joke, but you can’t deny the resemblance between the two.

It’s official. VH1 is bringing its wildly popular “Love & Hip-Hop“ reality show franchise to Atlanta!

“Love & Hip-Hop,” a New-York based reality show that focuses on several women who are (or were once) romantically linked to some of Hip-Hop’s biggest stars, has already been through two seasons.

Some of the cast members include Chrissy Lampkin (fiancee of rapper Jim Jones), Olivia Longott (a female Hip-Hop recording artist who once dated Maino), Somaya Reece (an aspiring female rapper), Kimbella Vanderhee (Juelz Santana‘s baby mama) and a few others, including Teairra Mari, Yandy Smith and Erika Mena.

Earlier this week, the “Love & Hip-Hop Season 2 Reality Check” recap episode aired, giving the ladies one last and final chance to speak about the crazy events that took place over this season, and at the end of the episode, VH1 confirmed that “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” will be the next chapter for the show.

According to our friends over at Straight from the A, local rappers Diamond and Rasheeda are on board for the new installment of the series. R&B singer (and Lil Wayne Baby Mama #3) Nivea will not be joining the cast as previously reported.

There are also rumors floating around that Waka Flocka’s mom/manager Debra Antney will be joining the cast, as well as ATL celebrity assistant Rici, who would be a “Yandy” type character, but none of that has been confirmed.

It’s also being rumored that Phaedra Parks will be leaving the “Real Housewives of Atlanta”) to join “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” in some form, whether on or off camera, but that hasn’t been confirmed either.

Either way, it will definitely be interesting to see the dynamics of an ATL version of the show, given the success of the first two seasons.

VH1 did something similar with “Basketball Wives L.A.” and it turned out that version of the show was much better than the original! So we’ll just have to wait and see how everything pans out.

Chris Brown hasn’t attended a Grammy Awards show since 2008, but Breezy is reportedly set to make a big comeback at this year’s show, and the word on the street is that he may be performing!

Though Brown’s performance has yet to be formally announced, an anonymous source told the Associated Press Monday that the singer — up for 3 Grammys — will take the stage at the show on Sunday night.

Rihanna — who is up for four awards — is also scheduled to perform at the show, which is known as the biggest music event of the year.

Chris and Rihanna were both supposed to perform at the 2009 Grammys, however both performances were immediately canceled after news broke that Chris had assaulted Rihanna the night before following a pre-Grammy event.

As a result of the incident, Brown was charged and placed probation, and was put on a restraining order that said he had to stay at least 10 yards away from Rihanna at special events.

Since then, Brown has decided against attending the Grammys, even though he was nominated for three awards last year.

Last February, just in time for the 2010 Grammys, a judge finally eased the restraining order after Rihanna’s lawyers accepted a request from Chris’ lawyers to lift it, however a previous engagement prevented the 22-year-old singer from attending the ceremony.

Chris Brown has been nominated for Grammys in five of the past six years, but he has never taken home a trophy. His hit single “Look At Me Now,” which features rappers Lil Wayne and Busta Rhymes, is up for two Grammys: “Best Rap Song” and “Best Rap Performance.”

Rihanna, on the other hand, has won a total four Grammys, three with Jay-Z and one alone, which she won last year for her smash single “Only Girl (in the World).”

The 2012 Grammys are set to air live on CBS this coming Sunday (Feb 12) from the Staples Center in Los Angeles!

BET‘s popular comedy-drama TV series “The Game” is back!

As the #1 sitcom debut in the history of all cable TV, season 4 of The Game left viewers on the edge of their seats, and the seduction continues as infidelity, ambition, secrets and betrayal collide to make Season 5 the most compelling yet.

Picking up where it left off, the show’s 5th season features the entire principal cast, including Melanie (Tia Towry Hardrict), Derwin (Pooch Hall), Malik (Hosea Chanchez), Tasha (Wendy Raquel Robinson) and Jason (Coby Bell), as well as notable guest appearances from R&B singer Brandy and many others.

A federal investigation has been launched after video footage showing a group of Atlanta gang members brutally beating a gay Atlanta teenager went viral this week.

In what started out as a local investigation, has now gone federal, and now the feds are looking into whether the guys were performing a hate crime in the shocking video footage (below).

The 30-second video clip, which was posted to f**kery central WorldStarHipHop, shows a young man dressed in all black getting ambushed and pummeled by at least 3 other men as he exits a convenience store.

The victim is then set upon by three men who punch and stomp him while he tries to cover his head. One of the attackers–who is wearing a shirt with “Jack Gang” imprinted on the back–even strikes the victim in the head with a tire.

As the man is beaten, the giggling cameraman announces, four times, “No faggots in Jack City.” An onlooker can be heard saying, “No faggot, man.” The video ends after one assailant picks up the victim’s cell phone and then punches the man in the head while holding the device.

Officials aren’t sure when the video was recorded, but Atlanta police were made aware of the shocking video footage shortly after it was posted, and have now located the victim, who, along with his family, is fully cooperating with the investigation.

“Atlanta police investigators were able to locate the victim … who gave a statement to investigators,” Atlanta Police Department spokesman Carlos Campos said in a statement Tuesday night.

“We’re looking into the possibility of it being a federal hate crime,” FBI spokesman Stephen Emmett told the AJC on Tuesday.

Police say they’re still looking for the thugs in the video, and are asking anyone with information to call Zone 3 police officers at 404-624-0674 or call anonymously to Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477.

Showing off her new blonde hairstyle, Rihanna flaunted that perfectly sexy body of hers in a sheer bodysuit as she was spotted leaving a Super Bowl party at Greystone Manor nightclub in West Hollywood Sunday night (Feb 5).

Her ex boyfriend Chris Brown and former rumored love interest (and 2-time collaborator) Drake were also in the building partying it up, which makes the second time in the past 2 weeks that Rihanna and Chris Brown have publicly breathed the same air at the exact same place.

On January 22nd, the pair were spotted leaving Greystone Manor after a night of partying, but they didn’t leave together, nor were they spotted even acknowledging each other’s presence inside the venue.

Brown, who was with his girlfriend Karrueche, left the club through the front door, while Rihanna exited through a side door and hopped into her own SUV.

The week before, Chris’ reps had put out a statement insisting that he and Rihanna are “just friends” following a tabloid report stating that the former lovers would “meet up very casually” and Rihanna “comes to see Brown anytime she’s in L.A.”

“He and Rihanna are just friends,” Chris’ reps noted. “He is with his girlfriend, Karrueche, and is not cheating.”
